Inclusive Practice
There are many different aspects to inclusive practice, all influenced by the specific circumstances and contexts of different settings, kaiako, students, whānau, community, and their values and beliefs. There is no 'one size fits all' to account for all these factors, and this section of the site is mainly based on my knowledge and experiences, and that of those I have worked or connected with. Please find below links to some resources and strategies that may support your inclusive practice, as it did mine.
We are all on a continuous learning journey, and this site is a work in progress.
I would appreciate any feedback or comments that can help us improve the support we can offer our Waitaha Canterbury community.
This page is intended as a tool and resource for kaiako in Waitaha Canterbury, but anyone is welcome.
Hopefully, this resource can change and grow through l collaboration - I would love to hear from you wherever you are!
If you have any feedback or ideas, please contact me at info@included.co.nz.
